We Can Be Heroes is a 2020 family superhero film directed by Robert Rodriguez. The story centers on Missy Moreno, the daughter of retired superhero Marcus Moreno. Through teamwork and determination, they infiltrate the alien mother ship, uncovering that the supposed alien invasion was a ruse orchestrated by the Heroics program to train the next generation of heroes.

In the end, the children successfully rescue their parents and embrace their roles as the new Heroics, ready to protect the world from future threats.
